The recovery processes follows strict documented procedures that start with an initial visit by a certificated bailiff, often within one day of receipt of your instructions.
Dukes is able to offer a Pre-Bailiff service immediately following the issue of the Liability Order. This is a letter that must be sent 14-days before the appointment of bailiffs.
The benefits of this service are reduced administration, increased likelihood of payment upon receipt of this letter and for cases, which remain outstanding after 14 days; the bailiff recovery process can commence without delay.
Our Call Centre staff provide a human point of contact to assist debtors with enquiries and support as required. In addition, payments can be made 24/7 using the on-line payment option from our website or the automated payment line.
The status of all actions can be viewed by the client using our web enabled system, Client Web. This offers real time information including full case history, record of all visits made, fees applied, telephone calls, correspondence and payments received.
